Spiders!

I've worked a little more on my digital painting "Ascent", but the progress isn't enough to warrant a new post so in the meantime I'm posting some work that I'd started some years ago for a painting I was planning - I made some pencil sketches, a chalk and charcoal sketch and also took a number of photos of a spider.  I'll make a start to the painting hopefully once I've completed "Ascent", I've got a fairly good idea in my head where I want to take it and looking forward to making a start!

Ascent - Update

Was able to spend a little time on this through the week to tweak and refine some areas, particularly the eagles.  I'll continue to tweak and refine elements and post the results hopefully next week.  Still lots to do!

Ascent

I started sketching this in Photoshop quite a number of months ago now and then abandoned it.  I've decided to focus on it again and post here as a work in progress.  I'll try and stay motivated so further updates should follow! :P
